You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy
Please allow between 7-10 business days to deliver your order. If more than 10 business days have passed, please email us at cs@CaJoSeNatural.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

Missing Items

We are NOT responsible for any missing or undelivered packages. Once the item(s) has been accepted by the carrier, we have no control over what happens to it. Please contact your local postal service to file a claim for any missing item(s). We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for missing or lost packages.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping is that of USPS for priority shipping. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to place your order or not. The rates are subject to change without prior notice or reason.

Backorders
If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
